When Steel Reinforcement Adds Value

Steel reinforcement is most valuable when it responds to a defined bending direction and support condition. More tubes do not automatically mean a better system.

Start from the load path

Map where the unit load enters the deck and where the rack, conveyor or shuttle supports the base. Tubes should strengthen the span that actually bends.

Balance stiffness and handling

Additional steel increases pallet weight and can affect manual handling, shipping density and corrosion requirements. Select tube quantity and coating as part of the full operating environment.

Lock the configuration

Record tube dimensions, positions and orientation on the approved drawing so repeat orders preserve the same performance basis.
