What material do you use?
The current product range is injection molded in HDPE. The exact material grade and any special temperature, hygiene or recycled-content requirements should be confirmed for each order.

What information should we send for a quotation?
Please send pallet dimensions, unit-load weight and distribution, rack or equipment support details, entry direction, operating temperature, required quantity, color and any marking requirements.

How do we confirm rack load?
Rack load must be confirmed with the exact pallet model, support span, temperature, dwell time, load distribution and steel-tube layout. We recommend an approved drawing and representative sample test before mass …

Can you customize color and logo?
Yes. Custom colors, molded logos, printing and identification marks can be discussed. Minimum order quantity and color tolerance are confirmed with the quotation.

Can we test a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. For AS/RS projects, sample confirmation is strongly recommended. Please provide interface drawings and test conditions so the sample represents the final application.

Can these pallet families add steel tubes?
Yes. Grid three-runner, solid three-runner, reinforced solid three-runner and grid full-perimeter pallets can all be configured with steel tubes. Available quantity and position depend on the selected mold.
